You have heard about the Association's benchmarking platform, but it seems daunting so you don’t try it. OR—perhaps you feel your garden is so unique you can't use it? Maybe you’ve just wanted to see how it works? This presentation will answer all these questions, creatively blending numbers with know-how and easily relatable stories from three gardens of different sizes and types. Situations will be presented from different operating budget sizes, gardens with different types of governance, educational missions, etc. These gardens as well as the "creators" reveal how they've used different aspects of it to model their progress, and most importantly—to plan for the future.
