As the importance of public gardens continues to grow, the formation of new gardens has become an increasingly prevalent trend. Members of the American Public Gardens Association identified a need to provide leaders of new and emerging gardens with guidance and the Longwood Gardens Fellows Program launched a project to address this need. The Association partnered with the Fellows to host an interactive, online conceptual framework to build understanding of the scope of the process, the major steps involved, and important considerations for establishing a successful public garden. Come learn and provide feedback regarding the newest tool on the Association website!
